Terms Summary: Animate CS provides free interactive computer science visualizations and practice modules. By accessing our simulators, you agree to use the tools for lawful educational purposes and refrain from scraping or attempting to interrupt service performance.

01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Animate CS ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our interactive learning platform, sandbox visualizers, or subject tracks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the platform.

02 Educational Scope & Simulator Use

Animate CS provides interactive step-by-step visualizations of core Computer Science concepts (e.g., Data Structures, AVL Trees, Network Protocols, and Computer Architecture).

Open Access: Our visualizers and practice sets are made available for personal, academic, and non-commercial educational learning.
Interactive Execution: Algorithm simulations are computed client-side using JavaScript/GSAP. You are free to input custom node values and stack parameters within designated platform limits.
Accuracy Disclaimer: While every effort is made to accurately reflect formal theoretical models and academic syllabi, visual step-by-step abstractions are designed for conceptual clarity and should be cross-referenced with standard university curricula.

03 Intellectual Property Rights

All site design tokens, original animation graphics, custom DOM layout code, branded UI components, and written explanation guides on Animate CS are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use: Educators and students may demonstrate Animate CS visualizers live during lectures, academic presentations, or self-study sessions.
Prohibited Actions: You may not mirror, frame, republish, or bundle our interactive app code for commercial resale without prior written permission from our development team.

04 Acceptable Platform Conduct

When interacting with Animate CS, you agree not to engage in any activity that harms the availability or integrity of the platform:

Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts against our web servers.
Attempt to inject malicious scripts or overload CDN assets required for vector animations.
Misrepresent original platform visualizers as your own proprietary software.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties

Animate CS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the interactive visual tools will function error-free or uninterrupted across every browser version or low-power hardware configuration.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Animate CS and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our interactive platform or educational practice modules.

07 Modifications to Terms & Platform

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or refine interactive sandbox functionalities at any time. Updated versions will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" revision date. Continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
